Mostly everyone experiences stress in their lives and it will always be a factor at some point.  We ask ourselves; how to live happier and healthier when dealing with the pressures of life.  I believe it mostly depends on how we perceive problems and our attitude towards life.  We should keep a positive outlook, focusing more on the opportunities problems may bring and not the problem itself. 

Also, we need to find a healthy way to deal with the negative feelings, emotions, pain, grief, frustration, setbacks, and much more in order to overcome life’s disappointments.  One way of doing this is to boost your spirits, when you experience pain from what you believe is a personal failure.  For instance, be aware of what you are feeling and deal with it, recognize that failure is a part of life, and be kind to yourself when dealing with your pain and disappointment. 

In other words, do not criticize yourself and learn from your mistakes.  Keeping a positive attitude and perspective about yourself and the situation will help you in living a happier and healthier life.
